Amazing place, full of the most unusual things ! From bikes cars to children's cars to brum! The gift shop is amazing too. The entry price is not bad considering it goes into keeping the place open etc. We absolutely loved it 😀

Nice little museum with many things to look at. Bit only are there cars and bikes to see but many automobilia items such as signs, fuel cans, etc all over the place. We spent about 2 hours going round and enjoyed the toy display here too. They even have Brum in display. Well worth a visit.

Lovely little visit whilst staying in the Cotwolds this weekend. It's a massive museum, however, somewhere nice to pop in and see if you're travelling through or staying nearby.
The museum takes you on a mini journey back in time through many different collections of motoring items.
Free parking just down the road, also near cafes and restaurants in a nice area if you choose to stay.
I wouldn't really say it was for a young audience, more dependant on personal interests. I did get a bit cold walking around, i understand temperature may be important for the maintenance of items, but i would recommend a jumper or two for those wanting to visit.
I also say the iconic Brum from childhood tv shows.

This place has full of cozy vibes, although it’s not very big museum but yet you can experience retro stuff. Here we saw many retro motor models, helmets styles, gloves, driving dresses, pictures & their stories and a lot.
Also, if you have your kids with you they have play zones too.

Says on their website open today Feb 15th 2025. No answer on their phone and google says they are closed. As a Museum perhaps update your info' and don't deter potential visitors ££#YourLoss

We have visited many car Museums around the world and we really enjoyed this one. As we were staying a few days in the area, it was a must do .
There are lots of different displays and lots of interesting information to read.
It is worth the entry fee and has a very nice gift shop..
We spent about 2 hours here.

The museum was closed for refurbishment when I went so cannot review. Area around the building is nice with flowing stream. Museum itself looks quite small.

Came to visit all the way from Kent yesterday to find that the museum was closed for winter maintenance and re-fit. Very disappointed! It isn’t reopening until February 2025. Wish it was updated on google to say it was temporarily closed! Wasted journey

Lovely collection - really enjoyed the visit especially that at least a few of the cars were "young" enough for me to remember.

The Motoring Museum is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone passing through! From the moment we arrived, the charming display of this hedge-car out front set the tone for a fun and unique experience. It’s a creative and quirky welcome that’s great for photos—definitely one for the family album!
Inside, the museum is packed with fascinating vintage cars, motorbikes, and memorabilia that transport you back through the history of motoring. The exhibits are well-maintained and beautifully presented, with plenty of information for car enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. Kids will love the interactive displays and the chance to see classic cars up close.
The museum itself is nestled in a picturesque village, adding to the charm of the visit. Whether you’re a car fanatic or just looking for a family-friendly day out, this place delivers. Highly recommended for a mix of nostalgia and fun!

Really enjoyed this museum as it brought back a lot of memories from days gone by.
The cars on display were very interesting,as were the toys.
I would have loved to have driven a few of the cars which were all in good condition and had been well looked after by their owners and the museum, as were the toys.
The gift shop was also excellent, selling something for everyone, children and adults alike.
All in all, well worth a visit.

Not so much cars ,but amazing other stuff. It has jokes around, and info. And some other activities. I l8ved the timeline and all the other memorabilia from cloths, ration books, lamps and toys, so much to see there. And the shop is also a hit with my family. I think we will be back one day.
